Chompers the kitten and Ruggles a tiny shih-tzu were rescued from horrible situations and became friends soon after meeting!!
Chompers was rescued from under a porch at only 2 days old and Ruggles was rescued from a puppy mill bust. Thankfully they’ve been rescued and have found forever homes!
